Lam’s Foods Incorporated is a family-owned food company with roots dating back to 1960, when it was established in Guyana, South America. What began with the production of noodles has grown into a diverse food business offering a variety of flavorful snacks and products for customers in different markets.

As the company expanded, Lam’s Foods broadened its product range with popular Caribbean-inspired snacks such as plantain chips, cassava, or yucca, chips, along with other specialty snack varieties. For more than five decades, the Lam’s brand has focused on delivering products that combine satisfying flavors with consistent quality.

Today, Lam’s Foods is headquartered in New York, with additional operations in Florida and Costa Rica. This growing network enables the company to serve vendors throughout the U.S. East Coast while also supporting its expanding international distribution.

Innovation remains an important part of the company’s approach. Lam’s Foods continually explores new production methods, business practices, flavors, and product ideas to respond to changing customer preferences and market demands. Its focus on efficient production, distribution, sales, and management supports the company’s efforts to remain competitive in the food industry.
